I have an iPad Pro, what do I do?
Answer: The iPad Pro is too large to fit in our original Universal Holder. We designed our new Universal Holder Pro to accommodate the larger iPad Pro, and it will still fit the iPad, iPad Mini, and iPad Air.
I have an iPad Air, what do I do?
Answer: All of our Universal Products are compatible with the iPad Air. Standzfree for iPad is only for 10-inch generations 1-4 and will NOT work with iPad Air. If you already have Standzfree for iPad 1-4 and now have the iPad Air or iPad Pro, you can simply purchase the Universal Holder Pro to replace your iPad-specific holder.
What is your shipping policy?
Answer: All continental US orders are shipped free by economy method, usually FedEx Ground, Fedex Home Delivery, or USPS First Class Mail. Orders are delivered by default with no signature required; if you wish to have signature required, please note this on your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Answer: Yes, we ship anywhere that FedEx does. Rates can be calculated at checkout by entering your City, Country and Postal Code.
Are Standzout products sold in any stores throughout the U.S. or internationally?
Answer: At this time, Standzout products are only available online.
What is your return policy?
Answer: Our return policy is 30 days. You can read our full terms and conditions at checkout.
I saw online where I can get an extension for my Standzfree. Where can I purchase this?
Answer: The extension was discontinued late 2012 when we introduced the telescoping Standzfree. With the included telescoping tube, the additional extension is not needed.
